Audra Davis, PsyD

Dr. Davis is an Organizational Psychologist who leverages formal training, unending passion and a 15-year track record of successfully developing people’s potential.  She is a career coach, a “what’s next?” expert and a motivational maven.  Dr. Davis has sparked clients across the globe to define their passion, chart their path and execute their “power of potential plan.”  Whether a young professional, mid-level manager, seasoned executive or Household CEO, she utilizes a custom set of tools to deliver superior results for those ready to transition to a new career and/or strengthen their current career.

Dr. Davis has extensive leadership experience working in and consulting to non-profit and for-profit organizations, focusing primarily on organization and people development.  In addition, she has functional expertise in various human resource and organizational effectiveness areas, including global diversity, employee development and training, recruiting, customer service, business process improvement (Six Sigma) and quality.  Dr. Davis holds a bachelors in Psychology from DePauw University and a masters and doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.  She serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee YMCA Black Achievers program and is an alumna of Young Leaders Council in Nashville.

Matthew Davis, MBA

Mr. Davis has worked in for-profit organizations and academic institutions, focusing extensively on organization and people development, operations, and business strategy.  He is recognized as an innovative change-agent, analytical team builder and motivational driver of results.  Mr. Davis has a broad scope of global professional experience that has a common theme of delivering value and exceeding expectations.  He approaches all engagements with a passionate will to succeed and commitment to developing those with whom he works.

Mr. Davis’ diverse professional background provides a cross-industry perspective to our clients.  He began his professional career in Higher Education.  Over a seven-year period, he served in a variety of student support positions ranging from academic services to coaching a nationally ranked Division II Men’s Basketball team.  For the past eleven years, Mr. Davis has worked in the private sector.  From a Big 3 consulting firm to a Fortune 300 company, he has served as a leader in various functional areas including, Diversity, Global Sourcing, Sales, Lean Processes and Global Operations.  He is also a “serial entrepreneur” with a knack for seeing big picture opportunities.  Mr. Davis strives to be a visionary executor of dreams for his clients and brings an enthusiastic and disciplined approach to all endeavors.

He is a graduate of Pitzer College with a bachelors in Political Studies, and Vanderbilt University with a Masters in Business Administration.  Mr. Davis is an alumnus of Young Leaders Council in Nashville.
